I really love seeing all the pride dinos and amigurumis on TikTok, they're just so adorable. I was very much in a clothing making phase but I still wanted to make things in honour of pride month so here's what I made!
Rainbow Top
I followed ChendaDIY's video tutorial to make this top, just changing colours after every couple of rows to make a rainbow. I used a 3.5mm hook and DK cotton yarn to get similar measurements to the top in the video, only mine was a little longer to fit all the stripes in. I love that this one is more subtle so I can wear it for events that aren't pride based without being worried about anyone saying anything.
Bisexual Flag Top
This is just a basic halter top using the colours of the bi pride flag. I worked this from the neckline down. First, I made a foundation hdc of how long I wanted the neckline to be and then did hdc rows with increases at either side on the end of every row. This makes that triangular halter shape.
Lesbian Flag Top
This is just made up of hdc rows to the height and width I needed for the top. The back is laced up so it's easy to get on and off and adjustable. I just added some chains for the straps, so this one was a super quick and easy make but the colour changing made it still fun.
