Amigurumi Collection

This is everything I have made using amigurumi! Feel free to browse through for inspiration of what to make next. I've linked any patterns used and included details about the yarn and hook sizes I used for these.

However, with amigurumi, it's much more versatile and you can usually change up yarn weights, materials and hook sizes and still end up with an amazing result. Clothing is more difficult to do this because there's so many gauge swatches and it can be tricky to find the perfect type of yarn. This is why I think amigurumi is amazing for beginners to learn the basics of crochet. You really get a feel for it and practice without needing specific materials. Plus, amigurumi is super cute!

You can check out my amigurumi dolls here.

Bumblebee with Flower Crown

I used a 3.5mm crochet hook and Drops Muskat 100% cotton yarn in Light yellow and Nutmeg for this adorable bee. His flower crown is a variety of pastel shades. I had to make a few extra flowers because my bee turned out a little bigger, but I'm super happy with how he turned out. Free pattern link here.

Cat and Mouse

These two cuties were made with Drops Muskat yarn in Light Taupe and White with a 4mm hook. They only took me a few days and were easy to follow - they would be perfect for any skill level! Free pattern link here.

Taffy the Ice Cream Bear and Misty the Ice Cream Cat

These two are my own pattern. They’re the perfect small project and you can mix and match colours to create whatever you like! I used Drops Muskat cotton yarn and a 4mm hook but you can use whatever you want! You can find my free pattern for these here.

Ice Cream Sundae Snail

This is one of my earlier projects. I just think he's super fun and creative to make, especially as you can choose whatever ice cream colours you like to customize him! I went for the same colours as the original with the classic chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. I used Drops Muskat in White, Powder Pink, Nutmeg and Light Yellow and a 4mm crochet hook. Strawberry Cow

I love how this little guy turned out! I followed the tutorial linked below with a few of my own customizations. Instead of regular horns, I crocheted two strawberry horns. He's made with Drops Muskat yarn in White and Powder Pink with a 4mm hook. Pattern based off Craftttn on TikTok.

Cookie Dough Cow

This was the same base as the strawberry cow, just with cookie-style patches and little flowers on his horns. I used a 4mm hook with Drops Muskat yarn in Light Taupe and Beige for the body.

Baby Dragon

I love this baby dragon, especially the little bobble stitch claws! He was a little tricker and more time consuming but super worth the outcome! Again, I used Drops Muskat in Powder Pink, Light Taupe and Off-White but with a 3.5mm hook. LoveCrafts.com is great for free patterns - link for this dragon pattern here.

Fawn

I adore all of GraceandYarn's beautiful patterns so I just had to make this little deer. I gave this one to my auntie and forgot to take better pictures beforehand, but she was very pleased to have her as company. Free pattern here.

Leda the Jellyfish

I’ve seen so many adorable crochet jellyfish and wanted to make my own pattern for one. I used a variety of pink Drops Muskat yarns and a 3.75mm crochet hook. You could make these using whatever colours and yarns you like though! Free pattern here.

Little Giraffe

I made this giraffe using this free pattern, but crocheted it in one piece so there was less sewing. He’s also crocheted with a 3.75mm hook so mine is slightly bigger than the original pattern but he's still pretty tiny and I love how he turned out. Free video tutorial here.

Tiny Seahorse

This was a quick like freehanded make as a present, but still really cute.

Tiny Turtle

Similar to the seahorse, this was just a quick freehanded make but using some scraps of chunky yarn so it didn't go to waste.

Axolotl

I've seen so many of these so I wanted to make my own. This was also freehanded and I used some scraps of multicolour chunky yarn for the fins.
